ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER INCLUSION AND EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY

We strive for an inclusive workplace, because we know it fosters a culture and environment where employees better engage through creative and innovative ideas and processes. A respectful and inclusive workplace also allows us to better support the diverse range of clients, partners and community that we serve.

The ECG aims to provide economic freedom for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People and provide genuine career opportunities for existing ECG employees.

ECG RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN

ECG is currently partnering with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to develop a robust reconciliation action plan. This will further strengthen our ties with the community and enshrine ECG’s commitment to reconciliation with the nation’s first peoples.
