DISABILITY INCLUSION AND EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY

An important aim of the ECG is to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disability and their families. Providing genuine employment is a crucial part of enabling people with disability to have as independent a life as possible.

The ECG Disability Employment Strategy aims to improve disability confidence and the employment of people with disability in all aspects of our business.

ECG is proud to be a Gold Member of the Australian Network on Disability (AND). We truly believe that people with disability are skilled and capable social and economic contributors, entitled to equitable opportunities in society.

DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT PROVIDER

ECG is currently in the process of becoming a formally recognised Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider. This will further enshrine our capability and commitment to ensuring that people with disability and their families have the skills, resources and confidence they need to participate in the community and access the same kind of opportunities or services as other people and that mainstream services and organisations become more inclusive of people with disability.
